Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Kotodamako currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. This service provides reliable delivery to most destinations. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are 7 to 14 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please be aware that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local postal delays, or unforeseen events.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We ship to a wide range of countries. The list of available destinations will be shown during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, we are currently unable to deliver there.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and formatted according to your local postal standards. Kotodamako is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-shipments.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, the total weight, and dimensions of your package. The final shipping cost will be clearly itemized on your order summary before payment.

Please be advised that customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authorities. For any questions regarding these fees, please contact your local customs office.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

For orders with tracking, you can monitor your package's progress using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 7 business days), or if you have not received your package within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

Important Notes

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may have restrictions or longer delivery times.
  • We are unable to modify a shipping address or combine orders once an order has been placed and is in processing.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
