- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Opened software or digital downloads.
- Products with broken seals on hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., in-ear headphones with removable tips).

Refund Process

Defective or Damaged Items

Non-Refundable Items & Situations
